Hospitality

We want you to feel at home in our Salon on your wedding day! We know how important this day is to you, and we want to help you create an optimal environment.

You are welcome to bring in your own food and drinks so you can celebrate and toast to the bride as you start the big day! We simply ask that you are considerate of our salon and help us to maintain a clean space.

*Please consult with our Wedding Coordinator if you are interested in bringing food or drinks.

Pro Tips: Hair

As you prepare for your big day, we want to offer a few 'pro tips' to ensure your hair is at its best!

Schedule a practice style one to two months before the wedding day. Bring photos for inspiration.
Talk with your stylist about the proper hair care regimen for you to use leading up to your wedding day.
If you want to color or highlight your hair, do so two weeks prior to your wedding.
On the day of your wedding, come with your hair completely dry.
Make sure you wear a button down shirt so you can slip into your dress with ease.

Pro Tips: Skin

Follow these 'pro tips' and your skin will be glowing by your wedding day!

Begin treating yourself to monthly facials 6 months before your wedding day to ensure clear, smooth skin.
Talk with your service provider about the best skin care regimen for your skin type.
At the six month mark, you should also begin receiving regular bikini waxes. Don't let your first wax down there be the week of your wedding.
The night before your wedding, relax with a hydrating mask (and soak in the tub!) so your skin is refreshed.

Suggested Timeline

9 Months | Reach out to the Hairchitects Wedding Coordinator to begin conversation and discuss date availability.

6 Months | Schedule your monthly facials, bikini waxes, and any other waxing services that you will need to make sure your skin is smooth and glowing by your wedding day.

6 Months | Book all hair and makeup appointments for bride and wedding party.

1 Month | Come into the salon for your hair and makeup practice. Be sure to bring any accessories for your hair that you will wear on your wedding day.

2 Weeks | Please confirm the names and services of your wedding party with our Wedding Coordinator so we can ensure a smooth morning on your big day.

2 Weeks | Come into the salon for your final hair cut, color, and/or highlight.

1 Week | Treat you and your fiance to a relaxing massage. You won't regret it as you move into the stressful week!

3-5 Days | Come into the spa for your final bikini wax, brow tint, brow wax, and any other waxing services needed.

1 Day | Relax with your hydrating mask and get some sleep so your skin can look as fresh and healthy as can be. We can't wait to see you bright and early!
